Red Sea, EU naval operation Aspides on starting blocks. "Strategic command" in Greece, operations lead to Italy

The announcement expected at the EU Foreign Affairs Council on Monday, Feb. 19. The Aspides mission will last one year, will be exclusively defensive and there will be no attacks on Yemeni soil. EU seeking logistical support in Djibouti.
